Our Story

In 2011, Edmund S. Gibbons founded ESG Exceptional Experience with the aim of innovating business at the accounting industry. The company is located in Tyrone, Georgia and it offers a complete accounting service that adapts to client´s needs. 

By 2019, Gibbons acquired two more corporations in the state of Virginia: ESG Advisors Centreville & ESG Advisors Hampton.

Simultaneously, Alejandro Macouzet, Gibbon’s business partner, concluded the acquisition of a new corporation in Cincinnati, Ohio, which adopts the name of Macouzet & Gibbons, Inc. 

Nowadays, the four offices are part of MG Holding Company, Inc.
